Do you perform Install, Training, or White Glove Service?

Yes! Mercy Medical Equipment offers installation, white glove logistics, and training on select equipment, backed by a national VA-certified installer network for projects such as surgery lights, exam tables, patient lifts, and other medical capital. Availability varies by product line, so please contact us to confirm options for your specific equipment before ordering.

White Glove Service covers the logistics of getting equipment into place:

• Delivery to the point of use, not just the loading dock
• Uncrating, assembly, and placement
• Removal and disposal of packaging materials

Installation is managed by Mercy end to end. We handle the project and coordinate execution through our nationwide installer partner network for applicable capital equipment.

Training is offered separately and is not available on every product. When available, it covers clinical staff instruction on operation and basic maintenance.

Mercy coordinates the full process from PO to final sign-off, so VA and DoD facilities have a single point of contact throughout.
