I cannot say enough good things about Kathy Conley. She is always so helpful, polite and leaves me feeling good about the conversation we had. Most recently, I emailed asking about an invoice for 2 separate orders. She replied, politely asking for more information to research the orders. Kathy, called me back, let me know that the order numbers were not processed by your company but she had a good idea about who I should contact. Sure enough, they were the company I needed. Kathy was so polite and helpful. I was embarrassed about my mistake, I appreciated the fact that she spoke in such a kind way, as if I had made no mistake at all.
