Getting Started
1

What We Handle

Once installation is part of your order, Mercy Medical Equipment manages:

  • Dispatch of a qualified, credentialed installer matched to your equipment
  • Scheduling coordination with your facility's availability and access requirements
  • Oversight of the work from arrival through completion
  • Final walkthrough and sign-off, so you know the job is done right
2

What We Need to Quote Your Install

Because installation pricing depends heavily on site conditions, we ask for the following information up front so we can provide an accurate quote and avoid delays or change orders once work begins:

  • Room drawings / floor plans for the installation area
  • MEP specifications (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) relevant to the equipment being installed
  • Power requirements, voltage, amperage, and whether dedicated circuits are needed
  • Water and drain connections, if applicable to the equipment
  • Structural details, including ceiling height and load capacity for wall- or ceiling-mounted equipment
  • Access dimensions, door widths, hallway clearances, elevator size, and loading dock access
  • Site survey availability, if a pre-install walkthrough is needed to confirm conditions
  • Facility point of contact for scheduling and day-of coordination
  • Facility access requirements, badging, escort policies, background checks, or other credentialing needed for installers to work on-site (common for VA and other federal facilities)
  • Existing equipment removal, if old equipment needs to be disconnected and hauled away as part of the job

The more of this information you can provide up front, the faster, and more accurate, we can get your installation quote turned around.
