  • MedaCube purchased units come with a 30-day money back guarantee. If a purchased unit is in need to be returned following the 30-day period upon delivery, PharmAdva may purchase the unit back for $200 USD.
    Unit must be in working condition, or in agreed upon condition, upon return and final buy-back is determined at time of return by PharmAdva. If condition of unit is in non working condition and contains non-disclosed damages(physical damage, insects, fire, water, etc) PharmAdva reserves the right to refuse buyback and device will be disposed of or returned to customer. The MedaCube is warranted against manufacturing defects for ninety days. Refer to the included and online documentation from PharmAdva for proper use, handling, storage, restrictions, etc. for the MedaCube.

    If Wi-Fi is not alrerady available where the device will be used, optional cellular service is available for an additional montly charge. Current monthly, activation, and hardware pricing terms are subject to change. If cellular connection is needed, at the time of final order processing PharmAdva will advise on the best carrier based upon your residence and connection strength.

    If I fail to make the monthly payment I understand that connection to the network will be lost and I no longer will be able to see my reports of the PharmAdva Portal and my MedaCube will not be able to send notifications of refills required, missed doses, days of supply remaining, power outages, and other device notifications. If I fail to keep the MedaCube connected to a wireless network, PharmAdva does not assume responsibility and liability for delayed software updates for continued functionality.

    I understand that I am responsible for filling the device accurately and making sure that the pills that are dispensed are correct. I agree that in no way PharmAdva is responsible for the accuracy of my filling the device and taking my pills. It is up to me to make sure this is correct. I agree that if the MedaCube is used improperly from its specified functions, PharmAdva is not responsible for the result.

    I agree that it is not PharmAdva’s responsibility to protect me from any adverse reactions caused by the medications I take. My Doctor(s) prescribing my medications and my Pharmacist that prepares my prescriptions are responsible for making sure the medications are safe for me to take. I agree that if I fail to respond to prompts from my MedaCube to take my meds, and/or if I fail to fill the MedaCube on time or accurately, it is my fault. I agree that PharmAdva is not responsible nor liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from missed doses or incorrect doses.

    I fully agree to the above conditions.

WE WARRANT THAT FOR THE PERIOD BEGINNING ON THE DATE OF YOUR PURCHASE AND FOR NINETY DAYS THEREAFTER (THE “WARRANTY PERIOD”) THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THE SITE WILL BE FREE FROM
DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP.

 

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

WE LIMIT THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

 

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

 

NEITHER ANY PERFORMANCE OR OTHER CONDUCT, NOR ANY ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION, STATEMENT OR ADVICE PROVIDED BY US OR ANY OF OUR AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES WILL CREATE A WARRANTY, OR IN ANY WAY INCREASE THE SCOPE OR DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
 
This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser of products. It does not extend to any subsequent or other owner or transferee of the product.
 
This limited warranty does not cover any damages due to: (i) transportation; (ii) storage; (iii) improper use;(iv) failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance; (v) modifications; (vi) combination or use with any products, materials, processes, systems or other matter not provided or authorized in writing by PharmAdva; (vii) unauthorized repair; (viii) normal wear and tear; or (ix) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.

 

The Warranty Period is not extended if we repair or replace a warranted product. We may change the availability of this limited warranty at our discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.
 
With respect to any defective products during the Warranty Period, we will, in our sole discretion, either: (i) repair or replace such products (or the defective part) free of charge or (ii) refund the purchase price of such products. We will also pay for shipping and handling fees to return the repaired or replacement product to you if we elect to repair or replace the defective products.
 
To obtain warranty service, you must call 844-506-9350 or email our Customer Service Department at help@pharmadva.com during the Warranty Period to obtain an RMA number. No warranty service will be provided without a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”).
 
THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE OBLIGATION AND LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. OUR LIABILITY WILL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE LESSER OF THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR THE LIST PRICE OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, NOR WILL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.
