Solution Based Shower Buddy SB2 TubBuddy

The TubBuddy (SB2) transfer system will transform your existing bathtub or curbed shower into an accessible, barrier-free shower in minutes. It allows the user to enjoy showering again without the high cost, delay, and stress of a full bathroom remodel. This chair is separated into three sections: rolling base (shower chair), bridge, and tub base.

• The rolling base can double as a bedside commode.
• Can roll around the house like a wheelchair, allowing users to transfer comfortably and roll over most toilets to be used as an over-toilet commode.
• When toileting is complete, the rolling base and tub base are connected using the bridge, allowing the unit to slide over the tub lip or curbed shower.
• Once over the tub/shower, the rolling base and bridge can be disconnected and removed so that the shower curtain can either be closed or allow the caregiver space to move closer to the patient. A custom bridge may be required if the toilet is too close or too far from the tub.
• The SB2 features a secondary safety mechanism that prevents the chair from rolling off the tracks and causing injury.
